All adult occupants are required to complete and pass a rental application. 

• There is a fee for this application. $45 per adult
• Your credit report will be pulled from 1 to 3 credit bureaus. 
• All 'property available' dates are estimates and subject to change. 
• A 1 year minimum lease is required on all properties.
•  ALL OF THE PROPERTIES ARE NO PETS AND NO SECTION 8 UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
